No. The platform is designed to be global from day one. The problem exists in every country — India, Gulf, Southeast Asia, UK, Canada, Australia. We are starting with Indian skilled workers because the gap between their skill level and their visibility is most extreme. But the platform connects locally and globally.
Do I need a degree or certificate to use TRUVERBI?05
No. That is the entire point. TRUVERBI verifies skill through proof of real work — photos and videos of actual jobs completed. A skilled worker with no formal degree but 14 years of real experience should be as discoverable as someone with a certificate from an online course. More so.

I followed the path many of us know. Study hard. Get a degree. Build a career in technology. And I am genuinely grateful for that journey — it taught me how the world works.

But along the way, I kept noticing something. The digital world was expanding rapidly — and every layer of that expansion was creating more demand for physical skilled work underneath it. Someone has to wire the data centre. Someone has to install the solar panel. Someone has to build the warehouse. Human skill did not disappear. It became invisible.

Then I witnessed it directly — a $10,000 electrical assessment, a $50,000 fire safety compliance job, and a 150 million person workforce that nobody could find or trust. That contradiction stayed with me. This is not a talent shortage. It is a trust and visibility problem.

I decided to build the bridge.
